4 fried or poached eggs
Toppings (optional): sliced tomatoes, red onion, avocado slices, sliced cheese
- Spread bottom halves of bagels with 1 tsp Aioli. Top with lettuce, then burger patties.
- Layer with toppings, as desired. Top each with an egg and remaining bagel tops.
Microwave Poached Eggs: Crack an egg into a Prep Bowl. Cover with water and a drizzle of white vinegar. Loosely place lid on top. Microwave for 60 sec on medium. If egg is not done yet, cover and microwave on medium at intervals of 15 seconds until done as you like. Drain off water.
