Ingredients
1 cup
2% plain Greek yogurt
1 cup
frozen blueberries
1 cup
mixed greens
12 cup
2 % milk, or dairy-free alternative
1 tbsp, or any sweet dip mix
12 tsp
Apple Pie SpiceApple Pie Spice
2 tbsp
low-fat granola
1 tbsp
nuts

Preparation
  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients except granola and nuts. Blend until smooth—if you like it thicker, add ice cubes; for a thinner consistency, add water. 
  2. Transfer to a bowl. Top with granola and nuts, serve.

Make dairy free: Replace Greek yogurt with 1 scoop (35 g) Power Up Vanilla Protein Blend and 1 cup water/ice.
