Broccoli Slaw

Ingredients
1⁄2 cup olive oil
juice of 2 lemons
1 tbspCCB Dip Mix
6 cups broccoli florets
1 carrot, shredded
Preparation
- In a bowl, whisk together first three ingredients using a Piano Wire Whisk.
- Add remaining ingredients, stirring to combine. Refrigerate before serving.
